Skateboard for Thomas

I have a bunch of old used skateboards in the gallery that I've painted over the years. Nobody ever buys them, but it's gotten me some commission work which is pretty awesome. Thomas saw the boards I had painted and asked if I could paint one of his old boards. I think it was his first skateboard and he didn't want to get rid of it for the sentimental value it had. Before I started painting his board he told me that he liked the little bird character that I paint from time to time. So, with that little bit of direction this is what I came up with.
